Where to get Higurashi no Naku(When they cry) manga?

Does anyone know where I could find Higurashi manga? More specifically the Watanagashi-hen arc? I've found the first book but the second one is no where to be found, not in English atleast..

Wait I thought that just applied to fanmade scanlations? I'm looking for the official manga translated by Yen Press, not the pirated version xx; But I'll ask on there anyways.

I'm not sure what standard procedure is here (that is whether or not I should POST or REPORT or PM to gain moderator attention) but this should probably be closed/deleted/pruned/moved now. Also Volume 2 is already out now so the question doesn't even have any use anymore. >_< Actually Saikoroshi-hen was released at the end of last year so this thread is ancient. :L
