Also forgot to announce this sooner but Mittens will be hosting this round of Cosplay Chess instead of me as I will be playing. She will be doing all the MC work and keeping an eye on the clock for the players.

You just turn up to the foyer about 10 minutes before the event begins and they check you off a print out. If you aren't there in time for it to start your spot gets given away.
